The venue has marvellous and favourable setting in the centre of Madrid. It's nestled in new building. Staff are nice people. Good to have a walk-in shower, a dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

I had a fantastic time at Slow Suites Gran Via! The accommodation was spacious and clean, with a hot tub and a dining area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only downside was that the housekeeping service was limited. How inconvenient!

The location was simply unbeatable, just steps away from the lively Gran Vía and the trendy Chueca district. Plus, the contactless check-in and key on my phone made the whole process super easy. The clean and comfortable apartment had everything I needed, from good WiFi to a smart TV. And let's not forget the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot days.

I was a bit disappointed that I booked a terrace room but couldn't access the terrace. It was just a view from my room, which was a shame.

Despite some minor wear and tear, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We had a fantastic weekend in this apartment! The size of the apartment was surprising, with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was perfect for our family of five, with room to spare. The apartment was equipped with every luxury you could imagine, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the value for the money was unbeatable, making it the best choice we made during our trip. We will definitely be returning in the future.

One drawback was the street noise in the front of the apartment, which was a bit bothersome at times. we had some terrible neighbors in the back who were partying all night on their terrace, right in front of our bedroom window.

Washing machine: Unfortunately, the washing machine in my apartment was out of order during my stay. Though the staff was responsive and offered a small discount for the inconvenience, it would have been ideal to have access to a functioning washing machine as it was part of our decision to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering to store our luggage before and after checkout. our experience at Slow Suites Gran Via was amazing, and we will definitely choose to stay here again on future visits.
